Drummer Tribute – Billy Cobham
When I was a kid I bought a cassette at Thrifty’s because it had Drumsticks on Velvet.
The Best of Billy Cobham That album is “The Best of Billy Cobham” and had the song’s; Pleasant Pheasant, Stratus, Red Baron, and such incredible drumming, truly inspirational.
Here is my old band playing my arrangement of “Red Baron and Stratus”

Tribal Roots frontman Cardinal Jennings Cardinal was the lyricist, vocalist, and main songwriter, for “Tribal Roots”
He was also my Reggae Drum Teacher and all around awesome guy.
Cardinal passed away in the 90’s.
I miss you Cardinal!
